STEP 1: WHITENING TOOTHPASTE
Helps remove plaque and tartar build up with regular brushing. Directions: Brush thoroughly, preferably after each
meal but at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician.
STEP 2: WHITENING GEL WITH DUAL SIDED TRAY
Apply peroxide whitening gel in the top and bottom reservoirs of the dual sided tray to whiten beyond tough
surface stains. Wear the tray for 5 to 30 minutes, up to 3 times daily, based on the desired results. Remove tray and
rinse mouth with water. Rinse tray and allow to dry before storing.
Visible results in as little as 5 minutes, 2 times per day for 3 days. For a maximum result of 6 shades whiter teeth, wear for 30 minutes, 3 times per day for 7 days. Do not exceed recommended usage.
