Online Store Order Pick-up Schedule
- Orders received before noon (12pm), Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays, will be ready for pick up by 3 pm that same day.
- Orders received after noon (12 pm), Monday to Friday, will be ready for pick up the next business day after 10 am
- Orders received after 2 pm on Friday, or anytime on Saturday and Sunday, will be ready apick up after 10 am on Monday.
Shipping Exceptions
- If Monday is a Statutory Holiday, orders will be ready for pick up on Tuesday after 10 am.
- For every pick up in store order, customers will receive an automated email as well as a phone call when the order is ready for pick up.

Local Delivery Times
If you are looking for a specific delivery time, please enter it in the Delivery Instructions section. This option will appear at checkout after you input your delivery information. Adding specific instructions here helps us accommodate your preferred delivery timing as best as possible in accordance with Trexity drivers.

Local Delivery Rates
Delivery fees are based on your location and range from $7.50 to $15 for destinations within city limits, with the exact rate determined by your specific address. For those in areas outside city limits, we also offer delivery to extended locations, with fees that range from $20 to $45, depending on the distance and accessibility of your area. This tiered pricing structure ensures that we can provide efficient and cost-effective delivery service to all our customers, both within and beyond the city limits."
Local Delivery Range
Our online delivery service is divided into four convenient ranges to accommodate different locations. Local deliveries cover up to 5 km, while Local Plus extends from 3 to 15 km for nearby areas. For customers a bit further out, our Regional range covers 15 to 30 km, and Regional Plus offers delivery from 30-50 km. Lastly, our Extended range reaches from 50-80 km.
Local Delivery Policies
We offer a tiered local delivery service to ensure that your products reach you quickly and securely. Our goal is to maintain the quality and integrity of your items during transit, especially in colder months when extra care is required. Please make sure someone is available at the time of delivery to receive your order, as a re-shipping fee of $15 will apply if no one is home to accept the package on the first attempt.
Depending on the order value and the items shipped we reserve the right to require a signature and/or PIN number. You will be notified on this type of order if your delivery notification includes this requirement.
