Refunds will be processed only after the returned goods are received and inspected by our team. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing once the return is received. An email will be sent out to you, once the refund has been processed in our system.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days (timing may vary depending on your financial institution).

Return Eligibility Conditions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- opened or used products
- medical diagnostic products (including glucose test strips and similar devices)
- sterile healthcare items
- items marked Final Sale / Non-Refundable
- Braces and Supports products
For safety and regulatory reasons, medical diagnostic products are final sale unless defective.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If returned item(s) do not meet eligibility criteria, they will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Delivery Refusals & Unclaimed Parcels
If delivery is refused or a parcel is not collected from the carrier pickup location, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Geographic Return Limitation
Returns cannot be accepted from U.S. locations.
