What is the WCD Online Rewards Program?
This is our way of showing gratitude for our customer's continued support of our online store. Some of the opportunities you may receive includes points for every dollar spent, a tiered VIP discount model, a referral program, and access to exclusive rewards.
Is the New Customer discount the same thing as your rewards Program?
No, the New Customer Coupon is a stand alone coupon but it is integrated with this Online Rewards Program.

- See your points within the Rewards Program pop up only.
- Multiple opportunities for rewards.
Who is eligible to join?
Every customer is eligible to sign up. There are certain restrictions for specific customer groups such as B2B orders.
Program Exemptions
Guest orders and diagnostic product purchases are not eligible to collect points.
How do I join the Rewards Program?
You can sign up via the Rewards Program pop-up. You won't be automatically enrolled unless you already have a customer account with a password.
How can I start collecting and spending my points?
To start collecting rewards points you will need to sign up and create a password for your customer account. You can then start engaging with our rewards program.
Can I unsubscribe from emails and still collect points?
Yes, you can unsubscribe from promotional emails. However, confirmation and reminder emails are required to let you know about earning and redeeming points, receiving a reward, as well as VIP tier changes and referrals.
When do my points expire?
You have 1 calendar year from when you gained your points to use them before they expire.
How can I change my personal information?
Log into your account to change your name, email, phone number, and address.
What are the membership benefits?
You can expect to receive order-level discounts and you will have access to exclusive offers and rewards.
General Reward Cycle: after earning every 300 points you will receive a $10 discount.
VIP Reward Tiers: after reaching 875 points you will receive a 10% discount on your next order. After achieving 2000 points you will receive a 20% discount. We may add other tiers in the future, however once you have achieved these tiers you cannot restart the VIP tiers again.
Do B2B gain points as well?
No, Business-to-Business (B2B) will not be able to participate in the Online Rewards Program. Please contact us for more information.
How do I participate in the VIP program?
Once you sign up with the Online Rewards Program and create a password you will automatically be added to the VIP Bronze tier and have access to your rewards account. Keep gaining points to reach the Silver and Gold Tiers.
Can I opt out completely?
Yes, you can opt out entirely. Please contact us for more information.
Is my information secure?
Our Rewards Program is integrated with all orders, however, the only information that is collected is order-level information. All payment information is not collected or shared.
