Shipping fees start at $8.00 CAD plus applicable taxes and vary depending on destination region and total package weight. Customers can estimate shipping costs using the Rate Calculator available on our Shipping & Returns page.

Free Shipping Eligibility (Canada)

Orders with a merchandise subtotal over $85 CAD (before taxes) may qualify for free shipping unless weight restrictions apply.

Orders exceeding 0.756 kg total weight receive a discounted shipping rate instead of free shipping, even if the subtotal exceeds $85.

If an order does not qualify for free shipping, the applicable carrier rate will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Order Processing Times

Orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Processing includes:

· order verification

· product assembly

· packing

· carrier preparation

Processing times do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

Special-Order Items

Items marked “Shipping in 5–7 business days” are ordered from suppliers after purchase.

Processing and shipping timelines begin once these items arrive at our facility.

Shipping Carriers

Canadian orders are shipped primarily via:

· Canada Post

· UPS

· Purolator (when applicable)

Transit times displayed at checkout begin once the parcel leaves our facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Delivery timelines vary depending on destination region and carrier conditions.

Signature Requirement for High-Value Orders

Orders with a total paid value of $100 CAD or more are shipped with signature required delivery to ensure carrier insurance coverage in the event of delivery issues.

Certain healthcare and temperature-sensitive products may require signature confirmation to ensure safe delivery.

White Cross E-Store is not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered with proof of signature.

Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries

Parcels refused at delivery or not collected from a carrier pickup location may be subject to:

return shipping charges
a 20% restocking fee

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

United States Shipping

All U.S. orders are shipped using carrier-calculated rates based on destination and package weight.

Free shipping is not available on U.S. orders.

Duties and taxes are calculated and prepaid at checkout.

Shipments travel via:

Canada Post → USPS final delivery

Tracking is provided for all U.S. shipments.
