    FreeStyleLibre2 customer service is great!

    The FreeStyleLibre2 CGM is very useful. This time I ordered from White Cross and the package was very HOT when delivered. Had clearly been in the sun a long time. As soon as activated the CGM gave false reading of 14mmol/l and soon went up to 17 - I checked my bg with a FreeStyle Libre2 blood test meter and my actual glucose was 5.6 mmol. I contacted FreeStyleLibre2 customer support and they said the false readings probably were caused by the CGM being exposed to extreme heat during shipping. However customer support is wonderful and they replaced the meter. This is a great company - and it really supports customers.
