Select the Subscription option on an eligible product and choose how often you'd like to receive it.

2. Complete Your First Order
Your first payment is processed at checkout. This establishes your recurring subscription schedule.

3. Enjoy Automatic Renewals
Your subscription renews automatically based on your original purchase date and selected frequency. Payments are processed when each order renews.

4. Manage Your Subscription
Easily manage orders, update preferences, skip deliveries, or cancel your subscription through your Customer Account.

With White Cross E-Store Subscriptions, there's no need to remember to place the same order again. Simply choose an eligible product, select your preferred subscription frequency, and we'll take care of the rest.

You're always in control. Skip an order, pause deliveries, change products, or cancel your subscription directly from your
customer account.

• Sign in to your White Cross E-Store Customer Account.
• From your account menu, select Subscriptions.
• Choose the subscription management option that best suits your needs.

What Can You Manage?

View Subscriptions: Review your active subscriptions, upcoming orders, billing dates, and order history.
Skip an Order: Skip your next scheduled order when you don't need additional products.
Pause or Resume: Temporarily pause your subscription and resume it whenever you're ready.
Swap Products: Change eligible products or variants within your subscription.
Adjust Your Schedule: Change your delivery frequency or reschedule upcoming orders.
Update Your Information: Modify your shipping address or payment method.
Cancel Your Subscription: Stop future recurring orders directly from your account.

Important: Changes to upcoming orders must be made before your scheduled renewal is processed.
