Due to the potential Canada Post strike Friday May 23, 2025, we have preemptively started to use UPS.
All orders prior to May 20th are sent out via Canada Post. All orders after May 20th will be shipped with UPS, + or - 1 shipping day.
Shipping will continue for Canadian customers. There are a few exceptions during a strike, such as absorbingly high shipping rates (eg. oversized shipments, outskirt addresses). We will notify you if an issue arises.

Possible Shipping Delays: While we are doing everything we can to minimize disruptions, please be aware that delivery times may be longer than usual due to the potential Canada Post strike.
Orders Shipped Before May 20: Orders placed before May 20, 2025, are expected to ship as normal; however, Canada Post disruptions may still impact transit times for some parcels.
UPS in Full Effect: We’ve activated our UPS contingency plan, as successfully used during the December 2024 strike. Most orders will now be shipped via UPS using Standard or Expedited options, with or without signature.
Shipping Costs & Timing: If there’s a significant difference in shipping cost or timeline for your order, we’ll contact you within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri) to confirm how you’d like to proceed.
Order Communication: You’ll be kept informed of any updates or changes to your order status, expected delivery times, or shipping method. Your trust means everything, and we’ll work closely with you to make sure your package arrives as smoothly as possible.
