I discovered this several years ago and use it daily through fall and winter as a clinician. Washing and using hand sanitizer really is hard on the skin, and this has made all the difference. Plus, it's a simple formula and my brother's toddler nephew in the States is now using it after cancer treatment - it's the only thing that helps his tender skin. I'm just surprised that it isn't in every pharmacy.
