Chronic Sinusitis sufferer and I swear by this little orange box of saviour Sudafed. Used them for a decade or longer while having zero relief from other decongestants. Turns out it wasn’t just in my head, it’s true - study shows effectiveness of pseudoephedrine (key ingredient here) whereas the ingredient used by most other OTC decongestants in Canada - Phenylephrine - is totally ineffective. Check with your Pharmacist or your Dr ofc but just know this little orange box may be your best bet. Also, note that the dose of pseudoephedrine is higher in this product than in many comparable options.
